Handling Difficult Conversations

Modern-day finance leaders often encounter difficult conversations and need to successfully deal with these to deliver your role effectively. These may occur during board meetings, stakeholder management or team meetings and have a huge impact on your reputation and success.

Carrie Gallant is a dynamic speaker, executive leadership coach, and negotiation strategist, a former practicing lawyer and adjunct law professor. She is President of Gallant Solutions Inc., founder of The Gallant Leader™ Institute and the E.A.R.N. Your Worth™ Leaders Lab.

Carrie specializes in helping clients master their mindset, imposter feelings and key leadership skills in negotiation and influence, strategic decision-making, managing conflict and difficult conversations.

She is a licensed Associate with the Imposter Syndrome Institute, and certified in Conversational Intelligence®, Authentic Leadership Conversations™ and Authentic Leadership for Teams™, and a qualified assessor in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®).

Carrie was adjunct professor at UBC’s Faculty of Law for nine years, and taught previously at the Universities of Toronto and Windsor, and York University.
