  10. How to review the software market (13/12/2022)

Chris is GrowCFO’s technology specialist and host of the Future of Finance topic within the community. He has over a decade of experience working for innovative technology suppliers, spending the last 3 at the mid-market, cloud accounting software specialist Aqilla. He helps finance teams modernise their department using innovative, built-for-cloud software focused on reducing administration through automation whilst enhancing your financial analysis.

During this session, we looked into several Do’s and Don’ts when it comes to an implementation project. They were split out into things to consider in the lead up to a project kick off from a general procurement perspective as well as the things to consider in relation to suppliers. This should complement a forthcoming session ‘Sourcing and implementing ERP systems’ as that session will be lessons learnt from a finance leader (Scott Bly) who has been there and done it as opposed to this session that looked at this topic from a supplier’s perspective.
