During this session, Andrew Waters interviews Sabrina Castiglione, the CFO of the multi-award-winning cybersecurity business Tessian. 

Since joining Tessian in 2016 as their 7th team member, Sabrina has led on the Seed, Series A, B & C funding rounds with top investors such as Accel, Balderton, Sequoia & March Capital.

She has also played a key role in establishing functions across Talent, People, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT and Tech as the business scaled to 200+ employees.

With a key responsibility for the People & Talent function during her time at Tessian, Sabrina is able to share many of the key lessons learnt when it comes to core values, leadership and building great teams.
